Rosalinda is a light and fresh interpretation of Rose from Paso Robles. The grapes for this wine were picked specifically for rosé wine production. This wine displays a bright color and opens with aromas of strawberries and tangerines. The lingering finish is crisp, bright and refreshing.

"Suavecito" is Spanish for "smooth." This Sauvignon Blanc from Paso Robles expresses aromas of pineapple and green apple, leading to a smooth and refreshing palette that ends on a refreshing note. This wine is great for summer evenings, or paired with a salad or light appetizer.

Taken from the Basque language, Sendoa translates to "mighty." This is apropos for this blend that includes the variety Tannat, which finds its ancestral home in the Basque region of France. Showing adaptability, it follows cues from Cabernet Sauvignon for aromatics, but conveys structure and body from the Tannat.

Robust and elaborate, the fruit for Azúcar was picked in early December. The extended 'hang-time' for these grapes allowed the berries to become very sweet and dense. Enjoy it on its' own, with dessert and especially with dark chocolate. Look for aromas of raspberry tart and vanilla while sensing the unique ripe qualities of a late harvest wine.

Port Style Dessert Wine

As a tribute to his heritage Winemaker, Michael Barreto, used traditional methods and varieties native to his ancestral home of Portugal to create this dessert wine.
