Reserve is a Bordeaux-style blend comprised of Estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from the Domenico Vineyard in the Estrella District. Finesse and depth are evident in the resulting blend. This wine was aged in seasoned oak barrels for thirty eight months before being bottled, helping the wine develop subtle tannins and a lasting finish.
